前几天 Github 账号突然变成 flagged ，也没有收到相关邮件，只有一封邮件说我的免费 Copilot 计划已结束。VS Code 里确实不能用 Copilot，Github 和 Gist 账号和仓库都显示 404，只有登录以后才能看见。但好在没有动其他东西。于是准备提交工单申诉，申诉之前让我必须验证一个手机号码，只能使用海外手机号，只好找朋友借用了一下，Github 说这只是用来验证真实用户，并没有存储和绑定手机号。在 GitHub Support Portal 写了一个工单，后续收到了工作人员的回件让我提供更多信息，于是又写了一封，最后今天早晨成功解封。以下是工单原文

My GitHub account is currently active, but I am experiencing unexplained functional restrictions. I have checked my email for any notifications regarding policy violations but have found nothing. I have not knowingly violated any terms of service. If any, I sincerely regret for it and I promise I will follow github terms. I just reviewed my repos and gists, and deleted some junk things, hope this helps. I rely on these tools for my professional development work. Could you please check if my account has been mistakenly flagged by an automated system and restore access to these services? Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thank you for your response and for clarifying the situation. I will provide more context about my use of GitHub.

I am a university student majoring in computer, and I use GitHub primarily for academic projects and web development. I use GitHub to host my personal web projects (e.g., my personal site ich.cc.cd which I manage via Cloudflare). I also use it for version control of my technical scripts and to collaborate on open-source learning materials. I also use GitHub Copilot in VS Code to assist me with coding tasks. I highly regard to GitHub’s Terms of Service, if any of my past actions (maybe some high-frequency API usage or script-based automation) were flagged, it was unintentional, and I’m happy to adjust my workflow to ensure it remains within the guidelines.

If there are any specific activities on my account that are of concern, could you please let me know about them? I would be happy to rectify any issues. Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

最后从这次事件吸取的教训是：不要在大号乱搞，虽然我也有一些小号，但平时因为懒所以有什么东西都在大号做了，说起来我的 Cloudflare 大号也是这么被风控的来着。现在为了方便用多个账户，在电脑上多装了几个浏览器。不过最好的方式就是不要乱搞（
